Job summary

NewRocket in India is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect with SPM/ITAM experience to lead a team of engineers delivering advisory and project services on the ServiceNow platform. You will architect and design solutions, mentor staff, and drive customer workshops to capture requirements while ensuring outcomes meet client needs and budgets on large, prestigious implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• CSA certification and ServiceNow Workflow Domain certs.
• 8-12 years in IT services or consulting with ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Develop architecture blueprints for SPM/ITAM projects.

The Role

NewRocket is hiring for a ServiceNow Solution Architect with SPM/ITAM experience, to join our India team. The Solution Architect (SPM) is responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring a team of Software Engineers who architect, design and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform for advisory and project professional services. You will be responsible for architecting and designing solutions using leading practices on complex professional services projects. What you will be doing

• Ensure team organization, individual development, and communication are in-line with Delivery vision; support teams to perform at a high level; foster inter-team collaboration and productivity
• Deliver measurable positive results within the client and team's timelines and budgets
• Prepare and facilitate customer workshops to capture and define customer's requirements.
• Collaborate with Delivery Management on creating a plan that drives results based on the customers' requirements and budget
• Research industry impact and innovative opportunities to propose product enhancements
• Provide engineers with architectural blueprints/requirements for implementations

What You Bring Along

• 8-12 years of experience in IT Services, Consulting projects (ServiceNow)
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow SPM modules
• Strong knowledge of architecture principles for cloud-based platforms and proven experience in business architecture
• Experience in supporting large client programs from an integration and support perspective
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership capabilities
• Effective facilitation, coaching and mentoring skills with ability to motivate a team
• Strong problem-solving skills; ability to simplify complex situations
• Ability to deliver high degree of customer satisfaction
• Comfortable working in a matrixed organization
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and change

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, and/or equivalent work experience
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) and respective ServiceNow Workflow Domain certifications
