Job summary

You will mentor junior staff, support RFPs and demos, articulate ROI, and collaborate with clients to architect end‑to‑end ServiceNow Technology Workflows (ITSM, ITOM, SPM, Platform). Must have CSA certification and CIS within ITSM/ITOM.

Job Description

Role Summary Senior pre-sales consultant responsible for solutioning, architecture, and technical win strategy for ServiceNow Workflows. The role involves client-facing solution consulting, AI-enabled workflow positioning, and proposal support across large enterprise pursuits.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow pre-sales engagements including discovery, solution design, estimations, and proposals
• Architect end-to-end solutions for ServiceNow Technology Workflows (ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HAM, SAM, Platform)
• Articulate business value, ROI, and differentiation to enterprise customers
• Support RFP/RFI responses, SOWs, demos, and executive presentations
• Mentor junior pre-sales and contribute to reusable solution assets

AI & Innovation Focus

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow AI capabilities including Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, GenAI, and Agentic AI
• Ability to design and position AI-enabled workflow solutions with governance, privacy, and optimization considerations

Experience

• 15+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 10+ years working on ServiceNow.
• Proven experience in a pre‑sales / solution consulting / technical sales role within a system integrator or service provider.
• Strong track record of supporting large, complex enterprise deals.

Required Skills & Certifications

• Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and integrations
• Strong hands‑on and architectural knowledge across Technology Workflows.
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
• ServiceNow CSA – Mandatory
• CIS (ITSM / ITOM / Platform) – At least 1 Mandatory
