Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
• Strong ITSM/ITOM knowledge with CMDB and CSDM expertise.
• Hands-on experience with probes, sensors, and discovery patterns.

Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize ITSM processes using ServiceNow.
• Design and maintain ITOM components including Discovery and CMDB.
• Configure probes, sensors, and discovery patterns for accurate data.
• Develop with JavaScript and Glide APIs; integrate REST/SOAP using MID Server.
• Ensure data model alignment with ITIL processes and service lifecycle.
