Job summary

Orange Business is seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to lead the configuration and customization of the CSM module and manage integrations with external systems. You will contribute to code development, ensure quality, and address defects in line with SDLC and security practices.

The role requires hands-on JavaScript/HTML5/CSS3, API knowledge, and strong problem-solving skills. Certification as a Developer and System Administrator is preferred; Jira will be used for issue tracking and

Qualifications

• 6-9 years experience in software development of ServiceNow (preferably CSM module).
• Certified Application Developer is required.
• CSA/CAD certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration & customization of ServiceNow CSM module along with integrations.
• Develop/maintain code with good code quality, as per ServiceNow standards.
• Analysis of enhancements & defects as per business requirement.
• Ensure generic / reusable implementation of code with security measures.
• Provide technical support during UAT and go live.
• Work proactively on code re-engineering and use Jira for enhancements & defect resolution.
• Lead discussions with business analysts on evolution and production issues.

The person should have live experience in web development along with hands on experience in Javascript, html5/css3, json, API integration and ServiceNow expertize. The person is good to have exposure to the ServiceNow ITSM or CSM service catalog and integration capabilities with ServiceNow. Preferable knowledge on TSM module is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Should prepare technical requirements for project.
• Should deliver high quality of code
• Should participate in application evolution by contributing technical enhancement to the applications
• Should provide UAT support.
• Should provide third level support to production issues from assigned application within defined SLA.
• Should develop business as well as technical knowledge on the applications.
• Should participate in project review meetings as and when required.

Skill Profile

• Strong technical skills in Service Bridge , API , other integration technologies Javascript, html5/css3, XML / json, API integration, and CMDB.
• ServiceNow certification prefarable CSA and CAD
• Strong telecom background
• Strong troubleshooting skills on ServiceNow and capability to propose new solutions to business problem.
• Ability to build up good user ergonomics based on new technologies like Web 2.0, HTML5/CSS3 etc.

• Fix production issues quickly with code code practice.

Experience

6-9 years experience in software development of ServiceNow (preferably CSM module)

Good level of practiced technical knowledge for ServiceNow evolution & integration.

Certified Application Developer (required)

Certified System Administrator or System Administration Advanced (preferred)
