Job summary

TECEZE is seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM/VR Senior Developer in Bengaluru to lead Incident, Problem, Change and Request Management. You will implement and optimize VR lifecycle, configure business rules and scripts, and build integrations using REST/SOAP. You will also align CMDB, create Performance Analytics dashboards, and support BAU enhancements and CAB governance.

The role requires strong expertise in ITSM, VR, scripting, and cross-module integrations within ServiceNow platform.

Qualifications

• Experience in ServiceNow ITSM and Vulnerability Response (VR).
• Strong knowledge of incident, problem, change & request management.
• Proficient in ServiceNow scripting and integrations.
• CMDB alignment and cross-module integrations.
• Experience building dashboards with Performance Analytics and AB testing (ATF).
