Job summary

Purview Services invites an experienced ServiceNow SIR Administrator & POD Lead to join our hybrid team. You will oversee a small SIR group, integrate with the broader ServiceNow community, and drive governance for the SIR POD, ensuring compliance and robust RBAC.

Your work spans upgrades, feature implementations, and incident lifecycle ownership. You will configure workflows, forms, access controls, and notifications while coordinating security tool integrations (SIEM, SOAR, EDR).

Responsibilities

• Running a small team of SIR Specialists, integrating the wider ServiceNow development community and building processes & procedures for the SIR POD, ensuring control compliance.

• Designing, implementing and maintaining robust RBAC models for SIR.
• Supporting the integration of security tools such as SIEM, SOAR & EDR.
• Co-ordinating and supporting platform upgrades, testing and new feature implementations.
• Managing & communicating releases for SIR.
• Product development lifecycle and roadmap planning.
• Process ownership for change delivery and incident handling.
• Managing documentation space and ownership of templates for process definitions, implementation plans and troubleshooting activities.
