Job summary

Techstar Group in Bengaluru seeks an experienced ServiceNow Lead Developer specializing in SecOps to design, develop, and deliver scalable security operations solutions, with a focus on Vulnerability and Security Incident Response.

You will lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, build integrations (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server), and mentor teams while aligning ITIL and security processes.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of overall ServiceNow development experience with minimum 5+ years in SecOps.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow SecOps modules: VR and SIR.
• Hands‑on experience in Vulnerability Management and third‑party integrations.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow customization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow SecOps solutions.
• Configure and customize Vulnerability Response and Security Incident workflows.
• Build integrations with external security tools and platforms.
• Develop automation workflows for incident triage, assignment, and remediation.
• Ensure platform best practices, code quality, and governance.
• Collaborate with SOC/InfoSec teams and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot issues and support releases, upgrades, and deployments.

Job Title: ServiceNow Lead Developer SecOps

Role Summary:

Looking for an experienced ServiceNow Lead Developer with strong hands‑on expertise in the SecOps suite to design, develop, and deliver scalable security operations solutions, with a strong focus on Vulnerability and Security Incident Response.

Mandatory Skills:

• 10-12 years of overall ServiceNow development experience with minimum 5+ years in SecOps
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow SecOps modules:
• Vulnerability Response (VR)
• Security Incident Response (SIR)
• Hands‑on experience in Vulnerability Management and third‑party integrations
• Strong development experience in:
• JavaScript, Glide API
• Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, ACLs
• Flow Designer / Workflows
• Experience in ServiceNow integrations:
• REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server
• Experience in configuring and customizing SecOps workflows, incident lifecycle, and remediation processes
• Hands‑on experience in end-to-end ServiceNow implementations
• Strong understanding of ITIL and Security Operations processes

Technical Responsibilities:

• Lead design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow SecOps solutions
