Job summary

Cerebra seeks a ServiceNow Project Manager in Chennai to lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM Discovery implementations.

You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, and governance, coordinate with ServiceNow developers and consultants, and provide executive dashboards and status updates for stakeholders and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM Discovery implementation projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop detailed project plans, milestones, and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate with ServiceNow developers, architects, and functional consultants to ensure best-practice implementations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Drive stakeholder communication, expectation management, and project governance.
• Collaborate with change management teams to support user adoption, training, and business readiness.
• Identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and manage issue resolution.
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
• Provide regular project dashboards, executive reports, and status updates.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and ServiceNow implementation best practices.
