Job summary

Infyshine is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow project lead to drive end-to-end delivery of ITSM and ITOM initiatives. You will coordinate across developers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet governance standards and deliver expected outcomes.

The role requires strong program management, risk mitigation, and communication skills to guide teams through initiation, planning, execution, and closure with a focus on user readiness and adoption.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in ServiceNow implementations.
• Experience aligning projects with formal PM processes and governance frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and clear communication across business and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of ServiceNow projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage all aspects of project management for scope, timelines, budget, and resources.
• Define detailed project plans, milestones, and deliverables aligned to governance standards.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, architects, and consultants to ensure best-practice solutions.
• Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders and manage expectations across teams.
• Drive user adoption, training, and business readiness in partnership with Change Management.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation, and escalate where necessary.
• Track budgets, forecasts, and ensure delivery within financial constraints.
• Provide regular status updates and executive summaries to leadership.
