Job summary

Tekskills is seeking a ServiceNow Program Manager-Inf Security in Pune to lead end-to-end ServiceNow delivery, define scope, timelines and resources while coordinating stakeholders, risks, and budgets within an Agile framework.

The ideal candidate has 9–15 years of total and relevant experience, strong communication and leadership skills, PMP/Scrum Master certifications, and deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM) to drive secure platform transformations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT project management, with significant focus on ServiceNow implementations.
• Certifications: PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) are often preferred.
• Methodologies: Strong background in Agile, Scrum, and ITIL frameworks.
• Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Tools: Familiarity with PM tools like JIRA, Asana, MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow implementations and enhancements, defining scope, timelines, and resources while managing stakeholders, risks, and budgets using Agile/Scrum methods.
