Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow portals, Employee Center, and self-service solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to translate them into effective portal designs and user journeys.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and UX/UI designs that align with organizational standards and best practices.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow portal widgets, pages, themes, and components.
• Collaborate with platform architects, developers, process owners, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Drive portal governance, branding consistency, accessibility, and usability standards.
• Provide technical guidance and best-practice recommendations for ServiceNow portal architecture and design.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications.
• Experience with Employee Experience, HRSD, ITSM, or CSM modules.
• Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
