TechAIVV Technologies is seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Event Management Architect to lead architecture, design, and modernization of enterprise Event Management capabilities within an existing ServiceNow ITOM environment.

The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into scalable designs, define integration strategies, and guide implementation teams across onboarding, transition, and migration initiatives in a hybrid, PAN India setup.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Event Management Architect to lead the architecture, solution design, and evolution of enterprise Event Management and observability capabilities within an existing ServiceNow ITOM environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM Event Management, enterprise monitoring integrations, event processing and correlation, CMDB and service health relationships, and AIOps-driven operational improvement.

This is an architecture-focused role, requiring the ability to translate business and operational requirements into scalable, resilient, and maintainable technical designs. The architect will define solution patterns, integration strategies, architectural standards, and modernization roadmaps while guiding implementation teams across enhancement, onboarding, transition, and migration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and evolution of ServiceNow ITOM Event Management solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Translate monitoring, observability, service operations, and business requirements into scalable event and alert management architectures.
• Define event ingestion, normalization, deduplication, correlation, enrichment, alert lifecycle, noise reduction, and incident-generation strategies.
• Design integration approaches between ServiceNow and enterprise monitoring, observability, and event-source platforms using appropriate APIs, connectors, and integration patterns.
• Establish architectural standards, reusable design patterns, platform governance, and best practices for Event Management implementations.
• Align Event Management architecture with CMDB, Service Mapping, Discovery, ITSM, and service health capabilities to improve service visibility and business impact analysis.
• Design service health and dependency models that help identify the business impact of infrastructure, application, and service disruptions.
• Evaluate and define appropriate AIOps use cases, including anomaly detection, intelligent event correlation, alert prioritization, noise reduction, analytics, and operational insights.
• Identify opportunities for event-driven automation and self-remediation to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Lead architecture and solution design activities for enterprise onboarding, platform enhancement, modernization, transition, and migration initiatives.
• Assess existing implementations, identify architectural gaps and performance bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to scalability, reliability, maintainability, and operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, SRE, monitoring, ITSM, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical solutions and operational objectives.
• Review solution designs, provide technical guidance, manage architectural risks, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow platform best practices.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Strong experience in ServiceNow ITOM architecture, with deep expertise in Event Management.
• Strong understanding of event processing, including ingestion, normalization, deduplication, correlation, enrichment, alert management, and incident generation.
• Experience designing integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise monitoring or observability tools.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture, data model, integration framework, and configuration capabilities.
• Good knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, ITSM, and service health relationships.
• Experience designing event-to-alert-to-incident workflows and business service impact visibility.
• Understanding of AIOps capabilities, including anomaly detection, intelligent correlation, alert noise reduction, analytics, and operational insights.
• Experience defining architecture and integration patterns for enterprise-scale implementations.
• Exposure to automation-led operational improvement and self-remediation use cases.

Architecture and Consulting Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in solution architecture, technical design authority, and architectural decision-making.
• Ability to translate business and operational requirements into technical architecture and implementation roadmaps.
• Experience in enhancement, onboarding, transition, migration, and modernization initiatives.
• Ability to assess existing environments, identify gaps, and recommend scalable, upgrade-safe solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and consulting skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and guide developers and implementation partners without being limited to individual development tasks.

Preferred Experience

• ServiceNow ITOM or Event Management implementation and architecture experience in large enterprise environments.
• Experience integrating multiple monitoring and observability platforms into a centralized event-management solution.
• Experience improving event quality, reducing alert noise, improving incident accuracy, and enhancing service availability.
• Experience with enterprise service operations, AIOps adoption, and operational automation initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is an ITOM Event Management Architect or ServiceNow ITOM Solution Architect who can own solution design, architectural governance, integration strategy, and enterprise-level Event Management outcomes.

Candidates whose experience is primarily limited to ServiceNow development, scripting, ticket handling, or routine Event Management configuration without architecture ownership should not apply.
