Job summary

The ideal candidate will maintain documentation, perform audits, train teammates, and stay current with ITAM features to drive timely optimizations across asset lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in IT/CS or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in IT asset management with ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow ITAM certification is a plus.
• Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow ITAM modules.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow ITAM solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for IT asset management processes.
• Develop and maintain documentation for ITAM processes, configurations, and workflows.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ITAM related issues within the ServiceNow platform.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of IT asset data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Train and mentor team members on ServiceNow ITAM best practices and functionalities.
• Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow ITAM features and industry trends to recommend improvements.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of ServiceNow ITAM processes and configurations, enabling them to effectively manage and optimize our IT asset lifecycle. This role requires a proactive individual who can collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of ITAM solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow ITAM solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for IT asset management processes.
• Develop and maintain documentation for ITAM processes, configurations, and workflows.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ITAM related issues within the ServiceNow platform.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of IT asset data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITAM, including asset lifecycle management, software asset management, and hardware asset management.
• Proven experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules related to ITAM.
• In depth knowledge of IT asset management processes and best practices.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and its application in IT asset management.
• Knowledge of integration techniques with other IT management tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7 10 years of experience in IT asset management, with a focus on ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in IT Asset Management is a plus.
• Proven track record of successful ITAM project implementations.
