The role focuses on configuring HR services, lifecycle events, and criteria, while ensuring robust security and access controls within the platform.

You will manage user and HR profiles, roles, and groups, and implement assignment rules and translation updates. The position requires immediate notice and supports Pan India operations.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive hands-on experience with HRSD modules and relevant scripts.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow HRSD configuration and troubleshooting.

• Configure and troubleshoot HR Services, Record Producers, Life Cycle Events, HR Criteria, User Criteria, and COE configurations.
• Configure and troubleshoot COE Security settings, Access Controls (ACLs), and Security Attributes.
• Manage User Profiles, HR Profiles, Groups, and Roles.
• Implement and manage HR Assignment Rules, Matching Rules, Advanced Work Assignment, and Custom Auto Assignment.
• Extensive hands-on experience with HRSD modules and relevant scripts.
• Proficient in UI Policies, Data Policies, Client Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, UI Actions, Business Rules, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, Flows, Sub Flows, Actions, Workflows, Events, Email Scripts, Notifications, Quick Messages, Response Templates and Fix Scripts.
• Hands-on experience with Translation Management and Dynamic Translations.
• Hands-on experience with Data Sources, Transform Maps and Transform Event Scripts.
• Proficient in REST message end-to-end processes, including configuration and troubleshooting.
