Job summary

SheJobs Group is seeking a ServiceNow GRC Business Analyst to drive governance, risk and compliance initiatives. The role requires strong GRC/IRM expertise, hands-on BA experience in IT environments, and the ability to translate business needs into clear requirements for stakeholders and dev teams.

You will collaborate with business and technical teams to shape risk and compliance workflows, perform UAT, document requirements, and support ServiceNow GRC implementations in a Work From Office

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience.
• Strong ServiceNow GRC/IRM experience
• Good Business Analysis experience in an IT/technical or development environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on exposure to requirements, testing and ServiceNow implementation

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional requirements / user stories.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define risk, compliance and governance workflows.
• Support configuration and implementation of ServiceNow GRC/IRM.
• Participate in UAT and testing activities.
• Validate solutions against business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare relevant business/functional documentation.
• Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Work with technical/development teams for implementation

About the Role

Role: ServiceNow GRC Business Analyst

Experience: 4–8 Years

Work Mode: Work From Office

We are looking for a ServiceNow GRC Business Analyst with strong experience in ServiceNow GRC/IRM and a good understanding of Governance, Risk & Compliance processes.

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC / IRM (Integrated Risk Management)
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform
• Good knowledge of GRC principles
• Experience with Risk Assessment and Risk Management
• Understanding of Compliance, Controls, Audits and Compliance Reporting
• Experience in Business Analysis / Requirement Gathering
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional requirements / user stories
• Experience working with business and technical stakeholders
• Understand and analyze business requirements related to Risk & Compliance
• Analyze existing processes, identify gaps and recommend improvements
• Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Support configuration and implementation of ServiceNow GRC/IRM
• Work with stakeholders to define risk, compliance and governance workflows
