Job summary

Vodafone VOIS in India is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, build and enhance ServiceNow solutions, ensuring high-quality integrations, Service Portal development, and lifecycle management.

You will work with stakeholders, deliver robust platform solutions, and guide colleagues as needed. The role requires 3–4 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience and knowledge of SDLC; CSA certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years’ experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Administrator.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow integrations and Service Portal development.
• Advanced understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Preferred: ServiceNow CSA certification and Service Portal micro-certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure and customise ServiceNow applications to meet business needs.
• Deliver and optimise complex integrations using industry-standard methods.
• Build and maintain Service Portal components, widgets and UIs.
• Apply SDLC knowledge to ensure robust, scalable solutions.
• Utilise SDCL methodologies to support structured delivery.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes and implement fixes.

About this Role

This role is ideal for individuals with strong analytical thinking, hands‑on technical capability and a commitment to delivering reliable, secure and efficient platform solutions.
