• ITAM (HAM) - Hardware Asset Lifecycle Management, CMDB CI Data Modelling & Class Hierarchy, Asset Discovery & Reconciliation, Hardware Inventory Audits, Asset Depreciation & Financial Tracking, Stockroom Management, Asset Transfer & Disposal workflows, Hardware Refresh & Retirement cycles, Procurement & Receiving workflows, Barcode/RFID Asset Tracking, CMDB Health Scorecards & Governance, Exposure to Agent Client Collector (ACC) and Jamf integration for hardware discovery and inventory management
• ITAM (SAM) - SAM Pro Implementation & Configuration, Software License Entitlement & Compliance Management, License Reconciliation (Allocated vs Consumed), Software Normalization & Publisher CatLog Management, Reclamation Rules & Automation, EOL/EOS Tracking, True-Up & Compliance Position Reporting, Content Library Management, Unrecognized Software Management, Publisher-specific Compliance (Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, Adobe), Software Spend Analytics & Optimization, Subscription Management, Exposure to SaaS-based Publisher implementations and SaaS License Management
• Experience with CSDM (Common Service Data Model) alignment and implementation
• Experience with Service Graph Connectors and Discovery
• Experience integrating ITAM with procurement systems
• Expertise in JavaScript and Glide scripting
• Expertise in Service Portal development
• Exposure to at least one JavaScript framework like AngularJS or React
• Familiarity with SOA technologies including REST and SOAP
• Expertise with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and AJAX
• Strong analytical, communication and consulting skills with ability to present License Compliance position to stakeholders
• Proven team player with ability to handle cultural diversity

• Completed Bachelor's and Master's degree
