Job summary

Insight Global, on behalf of its client, is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience in Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Business Continuity Management (BCM), and Security Operations (SecOps). The role involves designing, developing, configuring, and supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions that meet security and compliance requirements.

The ideal candidate has extensive ServiceNow platform development experience, works well with security/governance

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT experience with strong ServiceNow development expertise.
• Experience in Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Risk and Compliance workflows, Business Continuity processes.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server configurations.
• Good understanding of CMDB and ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
• Deliver scalable and high-quality solutions aligned with business and compliance requirements.
• Work on IRM, BCM, and SecOps workflows within the ServiceNow platform.

Required Skills & Experience
