Everpure in Bengaluru is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to architect and deliver automated workflows powering global operations. You will partner with analysts and process owners to transform complex requirements into scalable solutions that boost productivity and customer satisfaction.

You will drive end-to-end delivery across ITSM, CSM, or HR modules, ensure configurations meet performance and security standards, and participate in on-call rotations to maintain 24x7 support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Flow Designer and UI policies.
• Experience delivering ITSM/CSM/HR solutions on ServiceNow.

THE ROLE

As a ServiceNow Developer at Everpure, you will architect and deliver the automated workflows that power our global operations. You will partner closely with business analysts and process owners to transform complex requirements into scalable technical solutions that enhance employee productivity and customer satisfaction. By driving the evolution of our ServiceNow platform, you ensure our internal systems remain as innovative and reliable as the data storage solutions we provide to our customers.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and Implement Solutions: Lead the design and development of functional workflows, business rules, and integrations (REST/SOAP) within the ServiceNow ecosystem to automate manual processes and eliminate operational bottlenecks.
• Drive Platform Excellence: Execute end-to-end delivery of enhancements across ITSM, CSM, or HR modules, ensuring all configurations—from Client Scripts to Flow Designer—align with global performance and security standards.
• Optimize System Health: Identify trends through root cause analysis and prioritize preventive actions to ensure platform stability, participating in a shared on‑call rotation to maintain our 24x7 Customer Service Management capabilities.
• Collaborate for Impact: Consult with cross‑functional delivery teams to finalize technical designs and conduct rigorous code reviews, fostering a culture of continuous service improvement and technical mentorship.

What You Bring

• Technical Mastery: 3+ years of proven track record as a ServiceNow Developer with deep expertise in Flow Designer, Script Includes, ACLs, and UI Policies, alongside hands‑on implementation experience in at least one core product (ITSM, CSM, ITOM, HR, or IRM).
• Integration & Migration Skills: Proficiency in managing complex data migrations and building robust integrations with 3rd party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Transform Maps.
• Analytical Problem Solving: Ability to translate abstract business requirements into technical roadmaps, managing multiple high‑priority deliverables while maintaining a focus on system maintainability and high‑quality documentation.
• Collaborative Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively partner with global stakeholders and provide technical reviews that elevate the collective output of the development team.

We are primarily an in‑office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Bengaluru office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
