Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG in Pune is seeking a ServiceNow ATF Developer to strengthen our testing capabilities. You will perform manual and automated testing, with a focus on ServiceNow ATF, ITSM, GRC, IRM, and related modules.

Work with developers, business analysts and stakeholders to define testing requirements, create test cases, and develop automated scripts using ATF and Selenium. A strong problem-solving mindset and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of ServiceNow testing experience.
• ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, GRC and IRM knowledge.
• Proficiency in scripting with Javascript for test automation.
• REST API testing and validation experience.
• Experience with defect tracking using JIRA.
• Hands-on ATF experience in ServiceNow and test automation.

Your key responsibilities

Your skills and experience

The person required for the above position should have the following profile:

• 5-8 years of ServiceNow Testing Experience
• ServiceNow in-depth ITSM product knowledge is required, ITOM (Discovery/CMP/Service Mapping), GRC, IRM
• Proficiency with ServiceNow Development such as scripting, Flow designers (low code, no code) and integrations
• Good understanding of REST API testing and validation
• Proficiency in using JIRA, ServiceNow for defect tracking
• Perform functional, regression, system integration, performance testing
• Maintain Test Case documentation, reports, test artifacts
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
