Job summary

NXP Semiconductors NV in Bengaluru, India seeks a skilled ServiceNow Functional Consultant/Business Analyst to drive solution design and delivery for ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and SPM modules.

You will gather requirements, map processes, facilitate workshops, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure on‑time, quality delivery following Agile/Scrum practices.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of experience in ServiceNow-related consulting or business analysis.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITAM, ITOM and SPM modules.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and software delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to define processes, workflows, and future-state requirements.
• Create functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Configure and validate ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and platform best practices.
• Support testing activities including UAT, defect management, and go-live readiness.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and process owners to drive successful project delivery and continuous improvement.
