Aggreko plc is seeking a Service Technician – Electrical based in Noida to operate and maintain modular fleets including diesel and gas generators, chillers, load banks and cooling towers. You will prevent faults, analyze performance, and coordinate with clients to ensure uptime and reliability.

You’ll install, service, and troubleshoot equipment, train operators, maintain logs, and comply with Aggreko procedures. This role offers a full-time Noida position with growth and competitive benefits.

Formación

• Experience in electrical field with generators, transformers, load banks and chillers.
• Experience with Cummins/Iveco/Scania/Caterpillar diesel generator engines on low/high pressure.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot DEIF/Deepsea/Carrel controllers and switchgear.
• Hands-on M&O of LV/HV transformers and associated switchgear panels.

Responsabilidades

• Install, commission modular fleets of generators, chillers, load banks and cooling towers.
• Perform preventive maintenance as per schedule and attend on-site service calls.
• Monitor site performance and take corrective actions with field and online support.
• Plan spares, consumables and maintain minimum inventory at customer sites.
• Ensure logbooks and reports are completed and approved by clients.
• Provide operator training and ensure qualified operators on site.
• Maintain green card compliance and proper equipment preparation for hire.
• Prepare breakdown analysis reports and share learnings with the team.

Bring your energy to Aggreko as Service Technician – Electrical based in Noida. You’ll be responsible for the operation and Maintenance of Aggreko’s Modular fleets such as Diesel Generators, Gas Generators, Load Banks, Chillers, AC, and cooling Towers. To optimize performance of fleets with preventive and condition-based maintenance.

What you’ll do as Service Technician – Electrical:

• Installation, commissioning of modular portable fleets of generators, chillers, Load banks and Cooling towers.
• To carry out Preventive maintenance of company owned fleets as per maintenance schedule
• To attend on-site service / breakdown calls.
• To monitor / track site performance in line with commitment to client, analyze performance parameters of on-site equipment’s and take immediate corrective action with online support to site operator or in person if require.
• Comply with Aggreko servicing schedules and procedures.
• Spares, consumables planning and maintain minimum inventory at customer site
• Training to operators/ technicians and ensure log sheets are recorded diligently
• Ensure all customer operated sites having qualified operators to operate and maintain logbooks as per Aggreko standards.
• Maintain break down analysis reports and make awareness of the problem to other engineers.
• Ensure all equipment is prepared for hire in compliance with Aggreko ‘Green Card’ procedure.
• Ensure all work performed reports are approved by client (on site) and are legibly produced.
• Ensure immediate response and minimal disruption to client’s requirements.

You are:

• Experience in Electrical field (Generator, Transformer, Load bank & Chillers)
• Previous Experience with Cummins/Iveco/Scania/Caterpillar Diesel Generator engines on LHP/HHP generators.
• Experience of operation and maintenance of diesel / gas generators and it’s axillaries.
• Well versed to operate DEIF/Deepsea/carrel controllers.
• Worked Stamford/Leroy Sommer alternator for troubleshooting and minor repairs.
• To operate and Troubleshoot fault on switch gears / breakers (SIEMENS/Schneider)
• Basic knowledge on Synchronizing of generators,
• Hands on experience O&M and minor /major repairs of LV & HV transformers and switchgear panels.
• Operation and Maintenance, temperature control / HVAC equipment.
• Basic knowledge of operation and maintenance of AC & DC Load Bank.
• Experience working on HVAC fleets (Chillers/Cooling Towers/PHE/AHU) would be added advantage
• Effective troubleshooting capability and ability to read electrical drawings
