• Complaints Rectification - Dealer/Distributor Stock Complaints Rectification at Our Godown Premises.
• Salable Conditioner Products - Strickers Request to be sent to Service Supervisor.
• Product Service Works - Complete the allotted Product Service Works daily in the Godown including Online Sales Return Goods related Works, to send return goods images to Online Sales Department.
• Required Spares - To raise the request to Service Supervisor.
• Estimation - Estimation to be given as per spare Price list/Supervisors instruction.
• Customer Satisfaction - Ensure customer satisfaction while rectifying the product.
• Quality of work - Ensure good quality of work so that repeat complaints do not come.
• Conduct - Ensure company image is kept high by good conduct.
• Uniform & Id Card - To wear the Uniform daily and keep the ID Card with you.
• Feedback - Give quality feedback to superiors.
• Spare Parts Usage - To give proper account on usage of spares used in service.
