Job summary

Jeeves Consumer Services is seeking a field service technician to provide after-sales service for a wide range of electronic equipment, including ACs, refrigerators, washing machines, ovens, and more. You will diagnose issues, perform on-site repairs, and ensure parts and time are tracked accurately.

Colleagues will support you in resolving complex problems, and you will document all service activities to maintain reliable service records across customer locations in Tamil Nadu.

Qualifications

• Experience in repairing and maintaining electronic equipment is preferred.
• Ability to conduct field service calls and diagnose issues on-site.
• Familiarity with using diagnostic tools and software.
• Capability to document work with records of parts used and time spent.

Responsibilities

• Provide after-sales service support to customers by repairing and maintaining electronic equipment such as ACs, refrigerators, washing machines, ovens, microwaves, geyser, water purifiers, gas stoves, chimneys etc.
• Conduct field service calls to diagnose issues with customer's installed equipment and perform repairs on-site.
• Troubleshoot technical problems using diagnostic tools and software.
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues or elevate cases when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed including parts used and time spent at each location.
