Job summary

Valmet is seeking a proactive Application Support Specialist for Salesforce to deliver exceptional customer support and coordinate with vendors for smooth operation of Salesforce apps in Pune. You will bridge business requirements with technical solutions while driving continuous improvement.

Required are 4+ years of Salesforce Service Specialist experience, a related degree, and hands-on Salesforce admin/configuration. Strong communication and multi-stakeholder coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years Salesforce Service Specialist experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on Salesforce with admin/configuration level preferred.
• Salesforce customization – Apex, Flows, LWC, Triggers.
• Strong IT service management understanding (incident, problem, change).
• Experience coordinating releases and UAT with vendors.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable tasks.
• Excellent coordination and communication with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities
