Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management skills with proactive communication.
• Attention to regulatory details and documentation accuracy.
• Knowledge of mutual funds, PMS, AIF, broking, bonds/NCDs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build strong and active relationships with clients and keep them informed about case progress.
• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and absence of problem incidence.
• Proactively elevate potential issues/concerns.
• Provide MIS and statements as required by clients; liaise with internal and external operations teams to track investments/queries.
• Ensure account opening and documentation is completed within TAT.
• Maintain client records and act as a single point of contact for RMs, clients and operations.
• Process investment transactions (MF, PMS, Structured Products, Bonds, NCDs) accurately and timely.
• Support the relationship team by recording and generating MIS and engaging with customers.
• Manage escalations and handle HNI clients with high service standards.

Service Relationship Manager - Private Wealth

Customer onboarding, transaction processing, paperwork, portfolio updates, support, and service delivery are all tasks that must be completed.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Building strong and active relationships with clients. Ensure quick resolution and keeping customer informed about the progress in cases
• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and absence of problem incidence.
• Proactively elevate potential issues/concerns.
• Have good knowledge of MF, Structure Product, PMS,AIF, Broking, Bonds/NCD.
• Providing MIS and statements as required by clients. Liaisoning with various Internal and external operations teams to keep a track of all customer investments/queries.
• Ensure account opening and documentation is completed within TAT.
• Ensure internal and external regulatory ments.
• Maintaining and updating of client records at periodic intervals and act as a single point of contact for RM’s, Clients and the Operations Team.
• Proactively engage with clients and serve as their single point of contact for all service-related needs.
• Ensure that all investment transactions, such as MF, PMS, Structured Products, Bonds, and NCDs, are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide back-end support to the relationship team by recording and generating MIS and engaging with customers.
• Managing escalations and handling HNI customers while maintaining good service standards.
