Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for managing clients on behalf of the bank, creating and maintaining strong relationships that increase client satisfaction and the sale of products and services, contributing to the bank’s larger objectives. The role entails providing financial advice such as investing and financial planning. It ensures a seamless and fulfilling customer experience, positioning IDFC First as the primary bank for all banking needs.

Responsibilities

• Support in managing all Private Bank sales and service activities for the assigned region.
• Provide complete and comprehensive information on products and services to customers, ensuring best services are provided.
• Analyze client cash, capital, and investment needs.
• Monitor the performance of client accounts and suggest ways to improve returns.
• Ensure appropriate control framework is in place and manage operational risk.
• Automate key activities of the business to improve delivery efficiency.
• Streamline digitization activities in the process.
• Ensure adherence to guidelines set by the bank.
• Ensure the bank meets audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Gather latest market intelligence and benchmark against best practices in competitor banks.
• Manage and improve the customer journey and partner experience to differentiate the bank from competition.
• Evaluate feasibility of digital enablement from offering, channel and process perspective, ensuring implementation to improve overall operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments and functions to provide best‑in‑class products and service offerings to the customer.
