Service / Project Engineer (9487)

We are seeking a skilled Service / Project Engineer to join our team in Mumbai. This role involves customer interaction, project management, and technical troubleshooting within the Oil & Gas, Energy, and Power Infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in customer interactions and project activities.
• Prepare and manage project reports.
• Perform application-level basic troubleshooting and system troubleshooting.
• Replace faulty devices as needed.
• Utilize strong working knowledge of BMS and FAS systems.

Requirements

• Education: BE/Diploma or Graduate with 6+ years of experience in IBMS.
• Experience: 3-6 years in the same field.
• Mandatory Skills: Customer interaction, project activity, preparing reports, application-level troubleshooting, system troubleshooting, and replacement of faulty devices.
• Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of BMS (Honeywell EBI, Comfort Point, Niagara Framework) and FAS (Edwards EST, XLS 1000/3000 systems).
• Customer & Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Work Arrangements

• Shift: General Shift, Monday to Saturday.
• Mode: Onsite.
• Base Location: Mumbai; Site Location: All over Mumbai - Harbour, Central, Western Line.
• Interview Mode: Teams or Face-to-Face.
• Travel and Other Allowances: Applicable if the engineer visits multiple sites in a single day.
• Salary: ?3.6 to ?5.5 LPA.
