Your Team:

You'll be working with Operations — a group that runs on coffee and an infectious passion for building products that have never been built before. Our Flexible Energy Stack consists of the e^pack (battery pack) and e^pump (charging station), which unlock 15-minute rapid charging.

Our philosophy:

Believe in the team, the process, and through failures.

Build fast, build passionately, build to simplify.

What you’ll do:
  • Demand & Capacity Planning: Forecast service volume, manage service portfolios, and align labor, parts, or technical resources with expected demand.
  • Inventory & Spares Management: Oversee spare parts planning, warehouse transfers, and new product introduction (NPI) or end-of-life (EOL) service lifecycles.
  • SLA & KPI Tracking: Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs), response times, resolution rates, and operational efficiency metrics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, finance, engineering, and field operations to build volume forecasts and consensus plans.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze service gaps, track root causes of delays, and implement workflow or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Prepare and track departmental budgets, resource allocation, and cost‑control strategies.
What you’ll bring:
  • Education qualification
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4 to 8+ years of experience in service planning, supply chain, project management, or operations.
  • Industry credentials such as APICS / CPIM / CSCP, PMP (Project Management Professional), or ITIL frameworks.
  • Proficiency in ERP and planning systems (such as SAP, APO, or JD Edwards), advanced data analytics and Excel.
What matters to us:
  • Quality of work
  • Structured problem‑solving
  • Dissatisfaction with mediocre work
  • Ability to multi‑task and handle a dynamic working environment
  • Resilient attitude to bounce back after failing
