Qualifications

• Experience in multi-site O&M management and budget oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations of CNG stations ensuring maximum availability and safety.
• Develop and execute maintenance programs including preventive, predictive and corrective actions.
• Manage engine maintenance, reliability programs and连lifecycle management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards.
• Lead a team of engineers and technicians with KPI-driven performance management.
• Prepare and manage annual O&M budgets and drive cost optimization.

Associate Service Manager- CNG Reciprocating Compressor

Job Location: Pune

Qualification Required: Diploma/BTech

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. 1. Operations Management
   1. Lead end-to-end operations of CNG stations ensuring maximum availability, no gas losses, safety and customer satisfaction.
   2. Establish operating procedures, performance standards and operational controls.
   3. Monitor station performance, gas sales, uptime and service quality.
   4. Coordinate with customers, transporters, OEMs and statutory authorities.
2. 2. Maintenance Management
   1. Develop and execute preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance programs.
   2. Lead troubleshooting and reliability improvement initiatives for reciprocating compressors, dryers, dispensers, storage cascades and auxiliaries.
   3. Ensure timely shutdown planning, overhauls and major maintenance activities.
   4. Optimize spare parts inventory and maintenance costs.
3. 3. Engine Maintenance & Reliability
   1. Manage maintenance of gas engines and engine-driven compressor packages.
   2. Ensure periodic engine inspections, top-end overhauls and major overhauls as per OEM recommendations.
   3. Monitor engine parameters including lube oil consumption, vibration, emissions, temperatures and performance efficiency.
   4. Conduct root cause analysis of engine failures and implement corrective actions.
   5. Drive engine reliability improvement and lifecycle management programs.
4. 4. Safety, Compliance & Quality
   1. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
   2. Implement QHSE standards, permit-to-work systems and risk assessments.
   3. Lead incident investigations and corrective action implementation.
5. 5. Team Leadership
   1. Lead and develop operation and maintenance engineers and technicians.
   2. Establish KPI-driven performance management culture.
   3. Identify training needs and competency development plans.
6. 6. Budgeting & Business Performance
   1. Prepare and manage annual O&M budgets.
   2. Drive cost optimization, energy efficiency and productivity improvements.
   3. Support business growth, expansion projects and customer engagement.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of reciprocating compressors, gas engines and CNG station equipment.
• Expertise in maintenance planning, reliability engineering, RCA and condition monitoring.
• Knowledge of PLC, instrumentation, electrical systems and rotating equipment.
• Understanding of statutory compliance requirements for CNG stations.
