Job summary

Hykon is seeking a Manager Service to lead the service organization in Karnataka. You will ensure high-quality service delivery, drive customer satisfaction, and manage resources and budgets to achieve operational excellence.

The role requires a Diploma/B.Tech in Electronics and at least five years of experience in a similar UPS service leadership position. The candidate will supervise a team of engineers, coordinate with subcontractors, and implement process improvements to enhance service

Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Tech in Electronics is required.
• 5 years of experience as Manager service in a reputed Power electronics UPS company.
• Experience in leading a team of at least 25 engineers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all service delivery operations within Karnataka state.
• Monitor and analyze service performance metrics including response times (TAT), customer satisfaction, and revenue targets.
• Achieve service revenue and its collection targets.
• Manage and optimize resource allocation (personnel, equipment, tools) to meet service demands.
• Manage ASP / sub-contractor appointments and their mode of operation.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure team adheres to company policies and regulations; ensure daily productivity in field service and continuous improvement.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify development opportunities for team members.
• Develop and manage the service budget for the state, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource utilization.
• Monitor and control service expenses.
• Prepare and present regular reports on service performance and initiatives to senior management.
• Manage inventory related to service parts and equipment as needed.
