• Cloud & Modern Workplace: lead migration to Microsoft Intune; manage Azure AD, Entra ID, CA, and endpoint security policies.
• Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD): manage AVD infrastructure; plan image lifecycle; optimize performance and cost.
• Citrix Administration: manage Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops; publish apps and user policies.
• Infrastructure Management: oversee SCCM sites, WSUS, SQL, CMG, PXE; perform upgrades and DR planning.
• Team Leadership: mentor global EUC engineers; coordinate with Security/Networking/Cloud teams.

Key Responsibilities

Endpoint Management
Manage enterprise endpoint infrastructure using Microsoft SCCM (MECM) and Microsoft Intune.
Lead Windows 10/11 lifecycle management, feature updates, security patching, driver, BIOS, and firmware deployments.
Design and manage Co-management, Autopilot, Azure AD Join, Hybrid Azure AD Join, and device compliance policies.
Manage application packaging, deployment, software distribution, and OS imaging.
Patch Management
Own enterprise patch management strategy using SCCM, BigFix, and Intune.
Ensure monthly security patch compliance across servers and workstations.
Manage vulnerability remediation in collaboration with Security teams.
Drive compliance reporting and executive dashboards.
Cloud & Modern Workplace
Lead migration from traditional endpoint management to Microsoft Intune.
Manage Azure AD, Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and endpoint security policies.
Support cloud-first workplace initiatives and Modern Device Management.
Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
Manage Azure Virtual Desktop infrastructure.
Plan and execute AVD image lifecycle management.
Optimize AVD performance, cost, and user experience.
Troubleshoot FSLogix, profile management, and session host issues.
Citrix Administration
Manage Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments.
Support image management, application publishing, user policies, and performance optimization.
Troubleshoot Citrix infrastructure and end-user issues.
Infrastructure Management
Manage SCCM Primary Sites, Secondary Sites, Distribution Points, WSUS, SQL, Cloud Management Gateway (CMG), and PXE infrastructure.
Perform SCCM upgrades, health monitoring, database maintenance, and disaster recovery planning.
Ensure high availability and operational stability.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor global EUC engineers.
Manage resource planning, task allocation, performance reviews, and technical coaching.
Coordinate with Security, Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud, and Application teams.
Drive incident, problem, change, and release management activities.
Project Management
Lead Windows migration projects (Windows 10/11).
Manage Intune migration, Autopilot rollout, application modernization, and endpoint transformation projects.
Handle customer escalations and executive communications.
Ensure project delivery within agreed timelines and SLAs.
Governance & Reporting
Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports.
Conduct service reviews and management presentations.
Drive continuous service improvements and automation initiatives.
Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and security standards.
