Job summary

Ericsson Noida seeks a Service Improvement Manager to lead automation feasibility studies and scale innovative opportunities for complex scenarios in managed services for Bharti. You will govern EOE processes, audit KPIs, and drive best practices across the delivery unit, while fostering automation across contracts.

Lead automation engineers and engage stakeholders to deliver cost savings and quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with 10+ years in Automation and Analytics applications for Telecommunications.
• Strong leadership and governance experience in large delivery teams.
• Experience driving automation initiatives across complex telecom processes.

Responsibilities

• Governance of deployed EOE processes, with regular audits and KPI monitoring.
• Drive innovation and identify activities for automation to improve efficiency.
• Develop and implement Automation and Tools solutions and maximize reuse across contracts.
• Manage Automation Engineers, Support Engineers and Architects to meet savings and quality targets.

Join our TeamAbout this opportunity:Service Improvement Manager – This person is responsible for driving the Automation feasibility study, scale up , new innovative opportunity to infuse automations for complex scenarios. This group will support Ericsson’s Managed Services deliveries for the customer MS Bharti India - relating to governance of implemented MSTOP/EOE processes and delivery tools / Automations for Managed Services Delivery – Bharti.
