Job summary

Proklean Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated technical service professional to support our water treatment team.

You will deliver on-site technical service and application support, conduct customer visits, troubleshoot issues and help implement effective solutions to ensure client success. You will execute product trials and demonstrations, build strong customer relationships, and work with Sales, R&D and Technical teams to resolve challenges and drive solution adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing technical service for water treatment applications.
• Willingness to perform site visits and customer support.
• Ability to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities

Role Purpose

Support the Water Treatment team in delivering sustainable water treatment solutions by assisting in providing technical service

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing technical service
• and application support to Water Treatment customers at site.
• Conduct customer visits, troubleshoot process/service issues, and ensure effective solution implementation.
• Execute and monitor product trials, performance evaluations and technical demonstrations.
• Build strong customer relationships through responsive service and solution-oriented engagement.
• Work closely with Sales, R&D and Technical teams to resolve customer challenges and drive solution adoption.
• Identify new business, cross-selling and expansion opportunities through customer interactions.
• Maintain service reports, track action items and ensure timely closure with strong ownership.

Technical Knowledge

Industrial Water Treatment, Cooling Water Systems, Boiler Water Treatment, RO Systems, ETP, STP, Wastewater Recycling, Water Chemistry, Water Analysis, Dosing Systems, Utilities, and Basic Troubleshooting.
