Job Summary

We are looking for a technically proficient Service Engineer - RF & Networking to support the installation, commissioning, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of RF communication systems and networking infrastructure. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of RF concepts, networking fundamentals, Linux operating systems, and Test & Measurement (T&M) equipment. The role requires extensive field support, technical problem-solving, and coordination with customers and OEMs.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, commission, and maintain RF communication systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of communication equipment deployed at customer locations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and RF-related issues.
• Carry out RF testing using Test & Measurement (T&M) instruments.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain routers, switches, servers, and other networking devices.
• Support system integration, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and customer demonstrations.
• Monitor system performance, identify faults, and perform root cause analysis.
• Prepare technical documentation, maintenance reports, and service reports.
• Coordinate with OEMs, project teams, and customers during installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
• Provide onsite technical support at defence, government, and enterprise customer locations.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

Required Technical Skills
