Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker in Bengaluru, India, invites a Service Engineer - Outdoor to lead and manage service associates on site. You will impart repair training, guide technical teams, and drive service process improvements while ensuring compliance and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing technical teams and service operations.
• Strong technical knowledge in power tools & outdoor equipment.
• Knowledge of SAP, MS Office & CRM.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

As a Service Engineer - Outdoor, you’ll be part of our T&O Commercial team working as a on-site employee. Lead and manage the Service associates, providing technical guidance and support. Implement service processes & procedures. Impart repair training to engineers, dealers & customers. Ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall service quality. Manage and analyze service metrics, warranty & identifying areas for improvement. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
