Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker India Ltd., an global technology leader, seeks an HR Intern to assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee records. You will coordinate training, manage questionnaires, and support HR processes across functions.

• Support onboarding activities including document collection, joining formalities, orientation scheduling, and employee record updates.
• Assist with offboarding processes including exit documentation, clearance tracking, asset return coordination, and system access follow-up.
• Maintain onboarding and offboarding trackers, reports, and HR records.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely completion of lifecycle activities.
• New joiner training: classroom, hands-on, online, in field, on the job.
• Respond to routine employee queries and elevate issues as needed.
• Support continuous improvement of HR operations processes and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Interest in HR operations, employee experience, and process coordination.
