Job summary

Trikutaa Sales Private Limited is seeking a Service Engineer for IT, networking and CCTV systems in Srinagar. The role covers installation, troubleshooting and ongoing service across IT, networking and security surveillance equipment.

Freshers with relevant technical qualifications are welcome and candidates with industry experience will be preferred. The candidate should be willing to travel to customer sites; a driving license and own vehicle are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Electronics & Communication, Electrical, IT or CS or related field.
• Freshers with relevant technical qualifications may apply.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in service/technical support.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain IT, networking, CCTV, and security systems.
• Attend to customer complaints and provide timely technical support.
• Install and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR, switches, routers, and related equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks.
• Visit customer sites for installation, service and breakdown support.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams for issue resolution.
• Prepare service and installation reports and other documentation.
• Support project execution and commissioning activities.

Job Description

We are looking for a service engineer to handle installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and service support for IT, networking, CCTV, and security surveillance systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT, networking, CCTV, and security surveillance systems.
• Attend to customer complaints and provide timely technical support.
• Installation and troubleshooting of CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR, switches, routers, and other networking equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks.
• Visit customer sites for installation, service, and breakdown support.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams for timely resolution of technical issues.
• Prepare service reports, installation reports, and other required documentation.
• Support project execution and commissioning activities.

Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in service/technical support, IT, networking, CCTV, or security systems.
• Freshers with relevant technical qualifications can also apply.
• Candidates with experience in the same/similar industry will be given preference.
• Basic knowledge of networking, CCTV, IP cameras, NVR/DVR, switches, routers, and structured cabling will be preferred.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
• A valid driving licence and own vehicle will be preferred.
• Candidates based in Srinagar/J&K will be preferred.

Education

• Diploma / B.Tech in Electronics & Communication, Electrical, IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Educational qualification is not mandatory for candidates having relevant experience in the same/similar industry with practical technical knowledge and relevant field experience.

Compensation

Salary: 2.5-5 LPA
