Liebherr India Private Limited, based in Mumbai, seeks an electrical maintenance technician to operate under supervision within a team, performing 33 KV maintenance and repair with high availability targets and acting as Liebherr's official on-duty representative.

Key tasks include safety compliance, troubleshooting, wiring, and reporting; a Diploma in Engineering with 33 KV certification is mandatory, with 3–5 years of ultra-heavy equipment experience preferred (200T+ excavators).

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering with certification to work on 33KV lines.
• Experience in ultra-heavy-duty equipment maintenance is preferred.
• Willingness to adhere to safety procedures and regulations.

Responsabilités

• Meet all safety procedures and regulations as per Liebherr and customer guidelines.
• Perform troubleshooting and mechanical/electrical works on the machines.
• Maintain tasks using Liebherr OEM-recommended hand and power tools.
• Read and understand complex electrical schematics.
• Wiring of electrical cabinets and repair of electrical wiring.
• Understand software and electronics; basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.
• Read mechanical, hydraulic drawings and schematics; document reports.

He will work under supervision within a team to perform and complete electrical (33 KV) maintenance and repairs jobs on the machine with high availability targets. He will serve as the Liebherr official representative while on duty.

Role and Responsibilities

Meet all Safety procedures and regulations in place, as per Liebherr's and Customer's guidelines. Perform troubleshooting and mechanical/electrical works on the machines.

Perform the maintenance tasks by using the relevant hand and power tools recommended by the Liebherr OEM.

Good knowledge in electric and electronic.

Reading and understanding of complex electrical schematics

Wiring of electrical cabinets

Repair of electrical wiring and connections

Understanding of software and electronics

Mechanical knowledge would be a plus.

Ability to read mechanical, hydraulic drawings and schematics.

Ability to communicate in verbal and written form, to write a technical job report.

Qualification and Education Requirements

Diploma in Engineering with Certification from the Appropriate Government Authority to work in 33KV line , which is mandatory.

Experience

Experience in Ultra heavy duty equipment maintenance: ideally between 3 to 5 years (Specially in 200T and above class of excavators).

Preferred Skills / Special Skills

Good knowledge and experience in mechanic, hydraulic. Knowledge in electrical and electronic will be appreciated.

Ability to read mechanical, hydraulic & electrical drawings and schematics.

Ability to communicate in verbal and written form, to write a technical job report. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
