Job summary

Cadmaxx is seeking a Service Engineer for multiple sites in Kolkata/Haldia. You will work on ELV/BMS systems, including ACS, FAS, CCTV, and BMS, with travel between local and outstation sites. The role is a site-based position with a general shift and 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Ideal candidates should have a Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering and be ready to engage in preventive maintenance, installations, and field service activities across customer locations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• 1–3 years hands-on experience in ELV/BMS service and maintenance.
• Experience with ACS, FAS, CCTV and BMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide breakdown support and troubleshoot ELV/BMS systems at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine system checks.
• Handle installation/service-related technical activities as required.
• Coordinate with customers and attend customer meetings.
• Maintain service reports and update customers on system status.
• Travel between sites within Kolkata and to outstation locations when required.

Travel & Allowances

• Site-to-site travel within Kolkata: Local conveyance reimbursed as per actuals.
• Outstation travel outside Kolkata: 300 per diem.
• Applicable travel expenses will be reimbursed as per company policy.

Ideal Candidate: Candidate with 1–3 years of hands on experience in ELV/BMS service and maintenance, particularly ACS, Fire Alarm, CCTV and BMS systems.
