Job summary

Ansata Computer System Private Limited seeks a skilled Electronics Service Technician to diagnose, repair, calibrate and test professional audio gear per manufacturer specs. You will perform component-level repairs, preventive maintenance and warranty handling across India.

You will provide phone, email, remote and onsite support, coordinate with global manufacturers for firmware updates and RMAs, and maintain thorough service records in Zoho CRM. Occasional travel across India is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics, ECE, Electrical Engineering, Audio Engineering or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in electronics servicing, technical support, or professional audio equipment servicing.
• Fresh graduates with strong electronics fundamentals and practical aptitude may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate and test professional audio equipment per manufacturer specs.
• Perform component-level repairs and preventive maintenance on ANSATA products.
• Handle warranty and non-warranty service requests with timely resolution and quality workmanship.
• Verify performance of repaired equipment before dispatch and ensure quality compliance.
• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, remote sessions and onsite visits.
• Carry out onsite inspections, fault diagnosis, commissioning support and post-installation troubleshooting as needed.
• Coordinate with global manufacturers for escalations, warranty claims, firmware updates and RMAs.
• Maintain service records and repair/inspection reports in internal systems including Zoho CRM.
• Track repair documentation and collaborate with Sales, Applications, Operations and Logistics.
• Support product demonstrations, technical workshops and customer training.
• Stay updated on new products, servicing procedures, firmware releases and partner certifications.
• Ensure compliance with ANSATA service processes, quality standards and safety guidelines.
• Travel across India as required to support customer service, repairs, installations and assignments.

• Perform component-level repairs and preventive maintenance on products distributed by ANSATA.
• Handle warranty and non-warranty service requests, ensuring timely resolution and high-quality workmanship.
• Verify the performance of repaired equipment before dispatch and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, remote sessions, and onsite visits.
• Carry out onsite inspections, fault diagnosis, commissioning support, and post-installation troubleshooting when required.
• Coordinate with global manufacturers for technical escalations, warranty claims, firmware updates, and RMA processes.
• Maintain accurate service records, repair reports, inspection reports, and customer communication in Zoho CRM and other internal systems.
• Track and maintain repair documentation.
• Work closely with the Sales, Application, Operations, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless customer support.
• Support product demonstrations, technical workshops, and customer training whenever required.
• Stay updated on new products, servicing procedures, firmware releases, and technical certifications from partner brands.
• Ensure compliance with ANSATAs service processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Travel across India as required to support customer service, repairs, installations, and technical assignments.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electrical Engineering, Audio Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in electronics servicing, technical support, or professional audio equipment servicing.
• Fresh graduates with strong electronics fundamentals and practical aptitude may also be considered.
