Job summary

Transformers & Rectifiers is seeking a site-oriented professional to handle customer complaints and manage manpower for internal inspections and critical on-site activities related to transformers. You will oversee shutdowns, provide technical guidance to customers and site engineers, and coordinate short-term projects including ARC planning and bar-chart preparation.

The role requires coordinating with third parties for site erection, commissioning, testing, IMS inputs, and MNCRM.

Responsibilities

• Attending Customer Complaints
• Managing man power for internal inspection and other critical activities at site
• Attending shutdown activities at site where transformer is installed
• Providing technical guidance to customer as and when required
• Providing technical guidance to site engineer to attend the transformer failure complaints
• Managing short term projects (ARC - planning, attending meetings, preparation of Bar-chart for sharing with the customer)
• Negotiation with third party for site erection, commission & testing work at sites, once transformer reaches the site.
• Arranging inputs of IMS activities and MNCRM
• Review and verification of pre commissioning /post tripping /intermediate site testing results for clearance, technical approval
• Resolving transportation related technical queries by consulting quality & production department.
