Cyitechsearch is hiring a Service Desk Technician in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh to support international clients in the UK and US. The role requires a basic IT background and strong communication skills.

Candidates with 6 months to 2 years in customer care or IT helpdesk, a UG degree (BCA or B.Tech/B.E.), and a customer-centric mindset will fit well. You will strive to meet SLA targets and contribute to productivity.
