Job summary

BEMCON ENGINEERING PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an IT Asset & Facilities Coordinator to set up user accounts, configure equipment for new hires, and manage vendor relationships. You will document processes, handle incidents, and support meeting room tech across sites.

You will also oversee specialized equipment support, participate in local projects, manage Capex closures, and plan asset refresh cycles to keep systems productive and secure.

Qualifications

• Handle incident and request management using ticketing systems.

• Plan timely asset refreshes (laptops, desktops, servers, networking devices).

Job description

Main Accountabilities

• Setting up new user accounts, configuring equipment for new hires, and reclaiming equipment from departing employees.
• Documentation and Knowledge Management: Creating and maintaining documentation, such as standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles, to facilitate issue resolution and knowledge sharing.
• Vendor Management: Coordination and management with different contractors, vendors. Manage daily relationships with vendors, handle procurement processes, oversee invoice processing, and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Incident and Request Management: Utilizing ticketing systems to track, manage, and resolve user requests and technical issues.
• Setting up and maintaining meeting room technology, including audio visual equipment and video conferencing systems.
• Providing support for specialized equipment or systems used at specific period, such as manufacturing plants, warehouses, laboratories or office. This might include process control systems, access systems, or other industry specific technologies.
• Lead and or participate in local business and infrastructure projects
• Manage the financial aspects of projects, ensuring compliance with capitalization and Capex closure procedures.
• Plan and execute timely refreshes of assets, including laptops, desktops, servers, and networking devices, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.
