Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Service Delivery Manager - Supply Chain - Procurement in India. You will develop and lead end-to-end sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships to achieve cost reductions and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Educational background in commerce, economics, or finance with advanced business qualifications.
• Certifications in procurement and supply management are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and execute sourcing and purchasing strategies for assigned categories.
• Conduct end-to-end sourcing processes, RFx creation, vendor analysis, price and contract negotiations.
• Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, monitor demand forecasts, ensure timely delivery.
• Analyze procurement processes, propose improvements, implement transformations.
• Approve and oversee ordering, deliveries, and supplier management with compliance.
• Lead high-impact projects annually, manage cross-functional teams and relationships.
• Monitor KPIs, provide actionable insights, communicate with all levels to drive excellence.

Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, monitor demand forecasts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Continuously analyze procurement processes, propose improvements, and implement process transformation initiatives based on best practices. Approve and oversee ordering, deliveries, and supplier management, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Lead high-impact projects annually, managing cross-functional teams and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
