Genpact is seeking a Service Delivery Manager for F&A - R2R to lead large-scale R2R operations, ensuring accurate month-end closes and robust governance. You will collaborate with transformation teams to drive automation, maintain SLAs, and manage risk while mentoring teams across geographies.

The ideal candidate has strong accounting education, finance background, and certifications (CFA/FRM) with hands-on experience in Oracle/SAP ERP systems, and a passion for process standardization and

• Master's degree in Finance.

• Lead and manage large-scale R2R operations, ensuring timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
• Oversee core R2R processes including General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Reporting, and Balance Sheet Reconciliations with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Drive operational excellence by ensuring all SLAs, KPIs, and quality metrics are consistently achieved.
• Partner with transformation and digital teams to implement process improvements, automation, and robotic solutions to enhance efficiency.
