Job Description Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale R2R operations, ensuring timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Oversee core R2R processes including General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Reporting, and Balance Sheet Reconciliations with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Drive operational excellence by ensuring all SLAs, KPIs, and quality metrics are consistently achieved.
• Partner with transformation and digital teams to implement process improvements, automation, and robotic solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure effective governance and successful execution of external and internal audits, maintaining strong compliance controls.
• Foster strong client relationships by delivering consistent service excellence and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Build, develop, and mentor high-performing teams while driving a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
