Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Service Delivery Leader for S&P - Procurement Ops to guide the procurement team in delivering value across spend categories. You will oversee sourcing activities, drive process improvements, and mentor staff while aligning with SOW goals and procurement standards.

The role emphasizes strategic category leadership, performance reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional partners to optimize costs and supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in listed fields and relevant supply chain experience.
• Proven leadership in procurement or sourcing functions.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement team to achieve KPIs as defined in the SOW.
• Oversee ad-hoc sourcing and procurement activities to secure best value.
• Prepare and analyze team performance reports and explain variances.
• Identify and execute Value Engineering initiatives to cut non-value-added costs.
• Lead process improvement and capacity optimization across teams.
• Mentor and develop team members; promote best practices in procurement operations.
• Provide category leadership and strategic direction to Sourcing Buyers and Analysts.

Oversee ad-hoc sourcing and procurement activities to ensure the organization acquires the best value on all spend categories. Prepare and analyze team performance reports, explain variances, and collaborate with partners to produce actionable performance insights. Identify and execute Value Engineering initiatives to eliminate non-value-added activities, optimize costs, and enhance supplier relationships. Lead process improvement and capacity optimization initiatives, collaborating across teams to deliver customer‑centric solutions. Mentor and develop team members, fostering employee engagement, skill growth, and adherence to best practices in procurement operations. Provide category leadership and strategic direction to Sourcing Buyers and Analysts, ensuring alignment with business goals and procurement standards.
