Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Service Delivery Leader for S&P - Procurement Ops to drive procurement excellence and value-focused sourcing across spend categories. You will mentor teams, lead process improvements, and ensure alignment with business goals and procurement standards.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, data analytics, and strategic sourcing capabilities, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes for global clients. Hybrid work in India is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Master's in Operations Management or equivalent is a plus.
• Experience leading procurement teams and achieving SOW KPIs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the procurement team to achieve KPIs defined in the SOW.
• Oversee ad-hoc sourcing and procurement activities to maximize value.
• Prepare and analyze team performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Identify Value Engineering initiatives to reduce costs and optimize supplier relationships.
• Lead process improvement and capacity optimization with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor and develop team members and ensure best practices in procurement operations.
• Provide category leadership and strategic direction to Sourcing Buyers and Analysts.

Job Description

Responsibilities: Lead and guide the procurement team to achieve key performance metrics as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Oversee ad-hoc sourcing and procurement activities to ensure the organization acquires the best value on all spend categories. Prepare and analyze team performance reports, explain variances, and collaborate with partners to produce actionable performance insights. Identify and execute Value Engineering initiatives to eliminate non-value-added activities, optimize costs, and enhance supplier relationships. Lead process improvement and capacity optimization initiatives, collaborating across teams to deliver customer‑centric solutions. Mentor and develop team members, fostering employee engagement, skill growth, and adherence to best practices in procurement operations. Provide category leadership and strategic direction to Sourcing Buyers and Analysts, ensuring alignment with business goals and procurement standards.
