Job summary

Genpact in Bengaluru is hiring a Service Delivery Leader for F&A to spearhead end-to-end Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay domains. You will oversee a large team, drive P&L outcomes, and align processes with ERP implementations.

You will also set SLAs, KPIs, and dashboards, partner with Data & Analytics for insights and forecasting, and push Lean/Six Sigma improvements across the tower. This role values strategic planning, leadership, and strong communication within a fast-paced

Responsibilities

• Must manage a team size of minimum 100 FTE and have the hands on maintain the P&L.
• Lead end-to-end RTR delivery including project setup billing collections and payments invoice processing & dispute management.
• Design and implement standardized processes aligned with ERP and other implementation
• Establish SLA’s KPIs and dashboards for DSO WIP and invoice cycle time/.
• Partner with Data & Analytics to drive insight reporting and cash flow forecasting.
• Develop leadership depth and foster a continuous improvement mindset across the tower of PTP O2C.
• Define & enforce credit policies based on customer segments (corporates institutes dealers)
• Perform review of monthly & YTD performance and provide analysis to optimize performance and profitability.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive implementation (Lean and Six Sigma projects)

We are inviting applications for the role of Service Delivery Leader- F&A

In this role you will be responsible for all the activities related to RTR, OTC and PTP domain. Should be open to work in any shift as per the business requirement

Preferred qualifications

• Very Good Written and Verbal Interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications especially in MS Excel
• Should have experience in SAP Oracle

Experience

• experience in Record to report, Order to Cash & Procure to Pay especially Reconciliations & GL with leadership within shared services.
